NOTES:

* Voters in all sections will also cast ballots for the position of chief.

* For Sections 1-5, nomination meetings and polls will be held in the reserve’s community hall. For Section 6, the nomination meeting and polls will be held at the Jonas Roberts Memorial Community Centre.

* Your assigned electoral section is the community in which you now reside, or, if you are off-reserve, your traditional reserve.

* If you live off-reserve and have never lived on an LLRIB reserve, your electoral section is 6 (La Ronge). This also applies to Pinehouse and Brabant Lake voters.

* If you are on the voters’ list for a different electoral section than the one you will be voting in, please speak to electoral staff ahead of time to ensure you are given the correct ballot form.

* All electoral sections will have additional ballots to accommodate voters who are unable to vote in their home community on voting day. (Special note: Pinehouse voters are encouraged to go to Hall Lake, and Brabant voters to Grandmother’s Bay.)

* If you are unsure if your name is on the voters’ list, call the chief electoral officer’s office or speak to a deputy electoral officer.

*Rides will NOT be provided by the office of the electoral officer. Candidates may choose to arrange transportation.
